What She’koyokh do:
She’Koyokh plays authentic acoustic klezmer and Balkan music, including some Israeli favourites for Jewish weddings, creating a fun, exhilarating atmosphere perfect for circle, line and free dancing. The band is flexible in terms of ensemble size and boasts an extensive repertoire enabling an appropriate choice of music at a moment’s notice. She’Koyokh can be mobile (no music stands), is happy to play outside, lead processions, to take the initiative, and to informally encourage and demonstrate dances. (A dance caller can also be arranged.)
